Top Sirloin Steaks
Typically, a very lean steak from the top rear of the animal. These will be on the menu at most steak houses on the lower cost side. Not quite as tender as the other prime cuts but a very nice steak when not overcooked.
Steaks are 1" steaks graded at high choice to prime, 2 per package. Total weight of the steaks will be around 1lb.

Shipping Information
We ship every Monday and Thursday. We have the cut off day for shipping the day prior to the day we ship. Typically we use UPS standard shipping in foam coolers with dry ice. If we find different options that are faster or cheaper to your area we can change. Shipping within 10 miles of Alliance, NE is free. Additionally, all orders over $150 will recieve free shipping.
