Coming from the rear of the animal, next to the sirloin. This is a fairly lean roast. Best when cooked slowly at a low temperature. Also, this is very good stew meat. One roast per package with an average weight around 3lbs.

We ship every Monday and Thursday. We have the cut off day for shipping the day prior to the day we ship. Typically we use UPS standard shipping in foam coolers with dry ice. If we find different options that are faster or cheaper to your area we can change. Shipping within 10 miles of Alliance, NE is free. Additionally, all orders over $150 will recieve free shipping.
