These come from the fifth rib of the animal. Ribeye steaks come from the sixth through twelfth ribs. Chuckeye shares many of the same characteristics as the ribeye with a friendlier price.
Steaks are 1" steaks graded at high choice to prime, 2 per package.

Shipping Information
We ship every Monday and Thursday. We have the cut off day for shipping the day prior to the day we ship. Typically we use UPS standard shipping in foam coolers with dry ice. If we find different options that are faster or cheaper to your area we can change. Shipping within 10 miles of Alliance, NE is free. Additionally, all orders over $150 will recieve free shipping.
