1/8th of a beef
Right around 75 pounds of meat. Expect to receive a mix of hamburger, roasts and steaks. In an eighth of a beef, there are approximately 3 roasts, about 18 steaks, and about 45 lbs of ground beef. We do have liver and a special treat for your dog if interested.
Shipping
We ship every Monday and Thursday. We have the cut off day for shipping the day prior to the day we ship. Typically we use UPS standard shipping in foam coolers with dry ice. If we find different options that are faster or cheaper to your area we can change. Shipping within 10 miles of Alliance, NE is free. Additionally, all orders over $150 will recieve free shipping in our local six state area. Outside of that there will be a small shipping cost.
