We founded Braska Beef with one goal in mind: to work as a family and with family ranches to provide, in our opinion, the highest quality protein that can be found anywhere. Our promise is we would never sell anything we wouldn’t feed to our own families. Based in the Nebraska Sandhills we believe in God, being proud Americans, and the importance of family and friends. Steeped in the values of cattlemen across the Sandhills: honesty, trust, hard work and faith. This is what we eat, this is what we do. So, from our family to yours, we hope you enjoy.
OUR STANDARDS
We promise that we will never sell anything that we would not feed to our own families.
Quality from top to bottom; cattle are raised by families that depend on the cattle for their living. They take care of their cattle regardless of the weather, time of day, or number of hours it takes to do so correctly. This allows us to sell top quality beef that has been born, raised, fed, and sent to you with quality.
It’s going to taste damn good or we’ll make it right
All cattle are from family operations, every ounce of beef we sell was born and raised in the Nebraska Sandhills.
This is Midwestern beef, the highest quality in the world. It does not need to be said but it is 100% American.
Pictures throughout the website are from our operation. Cattle are all raised just as you see, on open pasture. The only time they are not on pasture is during the finishing process; grass raised and grain finished.
